The aim of this scientific monograph is, based on the theoretical definition of the researched issue and in connection with the research tasks that formed its source, to analyze and identify new directions, current trends and innovative approaches in the management of public administration institutions in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia. From the specific point of view of methods and techniques applied in the implementation of individual management functions, whether reform and modernization efforts for renewal, e-government or public administration quality management, and their impact on improving the quality of public services and innovation potential in the management process of public administration institutions. in the theoretical area to explore the existence and use of this knowledge in the implementation of innovative approaches to public administration institutions in the conditions of the Czech Republic and Slovakia in an effort to comprehensively process the research issues, and create an adequate basis for further research in this area.
